hello creative bloggers & sweet spirits,
I'm not in the best mood today to write...so for the dialog day I will make it short.
You all have felt unexpected thunderstorms of solitude, moments that make you feel hard to breathe, tired, you know you're not hopeless but you got this feeling.
Talk to me about the solitude of the soul, the time of despair, depression, the dark places and how you have found your way out towards Hope and lights.
Talk to me how you deal with feeling of uncompleteness.
How does your passions, your love, your faith, your family help you through these lonely and sad phases of life.
feel free also to tell me if sometime you feel like it was better to prevent yourself from telling your friends and family the truth, just pretending it was all ok?
why sometimes sadness, loneliness have to be hidden?
Do we fear to be rejected or seen as complacent and complaining persons?
to me right now, I feel I just have my art and poetry, my different personas inside, some are rather weird and crazy but they just try to cheer me up :)
and of course I can still sleep on it, tomorrow it'll get better I know that of course:)
I dont necessarily want this to be a sad dialog day friends!
on the contrary ,share with me your way out of negative emotions, how you deal with them?
you can answer here or at your blog and put the link here if you are inspired to write a long answer:)share your honest thoughts, thank you very much
have a beautiful weekend***
Dear Helenina,
I tend to weather the storms alone. However, looking back on the difficult passages of my life, I discovered that the old adage rings true, "This too shall pass". Now when I am troubled, I think of this phrase and remember that I have shored up the strength in the past and I can do it again. Like many other readers here, art, writing, needlework, soothing music like Celtic and New Age, incense and candles have a quieting effect. May all your best desires come true,
from Julie

Thank you for stopping by to read my post Helene. What about nature? Do you do the outdoors very much?
I absolutely adore animals. One of my greatest pleasures was being on safari in Kenya in 1989. I adored the girrafes with their long necks. The story of the elephants also totally was touching to me. Seeing the lions yawn was like watching a kitty cat yawning.
A sweet day to you too.

Hello sweet spirit. Though in miles you are so far away, in spirit you feel to be right next to me.
While I have written chapters already about the sadness, the despair, I like your idea of sharing the hope and light. I have also written about "the Act". I'll see if I can find it before next Friday.
Besides art and writing I find that nature, a walk in the countryside, brings renewal to my soul. I also love to play with my pets. We've got our sweet little baby Blue kitty and I love to spend time with our pooch Billy.
