Although I have always tried to focus on the positive I never really made specific statements daily to produce a certain positive result. Spiritual Affirmations really have helped me recently stay grounded and happy. I often use them through out the day and when I meditate. I made a series of statements for myself soon after I discovered Abraham-Hicks. My plan was to create 10 affirmations on watercolor paper, put them together into a collage and then hang this new piece of art above my desk ~sort of like a statement vision board. I have been working on it a few weeks now~my statements have been evolving. I find affirmations very personal so I am OK with them taking time. I decided I wanted them to be "I" statements so this one to the right I need to re-phrase to "I Feel Good"
~You can create one of your own.
~You can find one that resonates with you here or here or share a link where you have found affirmations.
~Or maybe you can post a picture from one of these delightful decks of cards I have yet to purchase.
I posted about these arrows on my blog. I like the pattern of the paper and their shape. I now use the arrows as bookmarks. I want to re-phase this one for my board to say "I am prosperous"
Share in the comments here your experience with affirmations or link to your post about affirmations on your blog.
